In Yule Stride

Kelly has the house all decked out for Christmas and I’m making excellent progress with a number of projects.

Crazy In Love

Love is not altogether a delirium, yet it has many points in common therewith. ~Thomas Carlyle

Kelly and I enjoy freaking each other out.

I know that sounds weird but anybody who’s been together for a significant period of time knows just what I’m talking about.

I like doing things that I know will give her a little thrill. Fortunately, she’s easily amused. All I have to do is put on my driving glasses or spritz a little Drakkar Noir before invading her personal space or even just nibble the back of her neck.

Sure, it’s a bit juvenile but I like my wife. She’s silly. She’s fun. She’s sexy. What’s not to like?

What does she do to freak me out? Brother, what doesn’t she do that freaks me out?

She is so kooky. She says this off the wall stuff just to confound and confuse me. When she gets really amused, she’s got this sort of insane, witchy cackle that’s absolutely infectious. I’m glad to have such a silly person as my best friend.

Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer
FULL MOVIE 1080P HD

There was the head elf from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. What a freakin’ jerk. It’s not like the North Pole couldn’t use a decent dentist. Right?

Honestly, in this particular tale, Santa is also kind of a tool. Gonna get bent about a glowing red nose, Santa? What a freakin’ jerk.

The whole story plays like a festival of a-holes, but (like any good Christmas story) everything works out in the end.

Even so, screw that boss guy. What a grump.

Progress is progressing

Progress lies not in enhancing what is, but in advancing toward what will be. ~Khalil Gibran

And what will be is a completed Holiday Season Serial Romance. I have gotten to the point where Holly and Ivy is 74% complete and have episodes staged through Christmas Day.

At this rate, I will actually be done the whole thing this coming weekend. So, even though I had wanted to have the whole thing done and staged before Thanksgiving this year, I will almost certainly be done and staged before Christmas this year.

That’s a change for the better. I’ve had some years when I was still writing right down to the wire in January. At least I’m making that kind of progress with my writing.

Once it is done, I must get back on track with The Sentinels. The tale needs to be told so the books can be sold.

That’s all for today. I’ve still got plenty to do and not much time left to do it. I hope you’re having a lovely mid-December week.
