Moving Day

My li’l Lemby was home from college for a few weeks. Now she’s moving into her new college apartment. We’ll miss her but she’s only a short distance away.

Going Nowhere

My daughter may be moving but I’m going nowhere. My foot swells up on a daily basis and the ankle is beginning to tear and sting and ache. Hopefully, I’ll get an appointment with the orthopedic specialists pretty soon.

Stuff Has Vanished

In the few short weeks that my sweet dumpling was home with us, our living room and kitchen got filled up with piles of stuff. Now that she’s taken it away to her new apartment, I feel that I can almost hear an echo in my house.

Working At It

Many writers are afraid of writing something bad, so they don’t try or give up when their efforts don’t lead to a masterpiece right away. If you work at it, you will improve. ~Lauren Tarshis

So, I had a really good night of writing. I pushed through the villainous goings on in Chapter 8 and moved back to the Sentinels in Chapter 9. The best way to get through it is to just beat the keys.

Not a lot to say today. Hope your week is going well.
