Last Weekend Of Summer
It’s the last weekend of summer and God forbid we’d coast gently into the more temperate season.
Damn Hot!
For pity’s sake! Why does summer have to go out with a freaking flame-out? It is so ridiculously hot! Be done, dammit!
My utter and unending contempt for the summer remains and so does the preposterously hot weather. Of course, it has to tease me with pleasingly chilly nights but who wants to wait until bedtime for the weather to be nice? Jeez! Can’t wait until this miserable season ends…
The cooler temperatures are more soothing to my respiration. It turns out that my long-term discomfort has led to aberrant breathing patterns. This will (hopefully) abate as the prednisone takes effect. The doctor has kindly set me on a second course of it to try to finish the job. I’m so close to being free of this miserable costochondritis.
Close but no cigar.
Working Wonders
So, as I stay inside and hide from the wicked summer sun, I’ve been cranking away at my various projects.
I was able to make some broad sketches of my upcoming serial romantic comedy for Christmas All The Time‘s holiday season dailies.
I’ve also gotten the core posts for Pioneer Skill Set done. I’ll have to set myself a regular post schedule for those. Since each article is getting five pins, I’ve got to dedicate the better part of a day to any given post. I’ll also need to put more videos on the corresponding channel while I’m at it.
Of course, The Sentinels are waiting patiently for me to get back to their epic tale.
As for the various eCom sites, I’ve had a bit of an idea of how to stock those with valuable merchandise. I’ve got some technical hurdles to hop but those are coming along nicely.
I’ve been consolidating resources on my computer for the last few days. There was a lot of duplication across drives and folders and I wanted to get that sorted out as a matter of basic housekeeping.
The fact that it was lurking there in the periphery as an untidy mess that’s sat unattended for far too long was weighing on my mind and distracting me from more conspicuously productive tasks. Bit of a bother but now that it’s done, I can make use of the resources more efficiently.

The last week has been blessed with a very shiny full moon. Despite the earlier sunsets, the night has been well-illuminated under a waning Harvest Moon. Perfect weather to take a walk. Now that the consolidation is done, I’ll actually have time to do so.
Hopefully, Kelly will actually go for a moonlight stroll with me tonight.
