In case you hadn’t noticed, our government is spinning wildly out of control.

The seriously weird thing is there’s no way at all to tell how much of it is political theater and how much is actually mad disarray.

There’s an old saying:

If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance,
baffle them with bullshit.

This is the state of politics and international relations right now.

God in Heaven, we need term limits, detailed review of the manner in which they make insane amounts of money and we need restrictions on post-civil service activities.

It’s this ridiculous club that has just gone bonkers and they’re taking this country and the world at large down with them.

The worst part is, the worst among them have been in for decades and they can see the end approaching. They’re going to be put out to pasture eventually and they’re trying to grab all the cash and benefits they can before they have to leave the beltway.

We cannot afford for Club Boomer to run this country into the ground like this.

They seriously need to go. Hopefully, the midterms will clear out some of the worst actors, but a serious investigation by a de-politicized Justice Department would be even better.

The whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth. All the more reason for a sugar-free Shamrock ☘️ Shake.

To that end, I got some green food dye and some Edy’s No Sugar Vanilla so I can make one for myself at home.

At least something is going my way…

Netflix Marvel Shows Officially Coming To Disney+

I heard they were going to put the Netflix Marvel series on Disney+, but apparently they’re only doing so outside of the US.

Understandable, they want to keep Disney+ family-friendly and there are definitely some spicy scenes, some gratuitously violent scenes and some downright salty language in these series. Logically, they could just put it on Hulu but they’re trying to keep all the Marvel stuff together.

Can they? Who knows? I hope they decide soon because I really miss having access to these awesome shows and I can’t see shelling out the dough to get them all on DVD if they’ll eventually be on a streaming service.
