π³ Happy π² Little π² Trees π³
Happy first Hump π« Day in October, everyone. If I took up oil painting, I’d certainly want to use Bob Ross paints to make it official. Not sure if it will ever happen because I’ve got a lot of books to get out of my brain before switching to a new medium…
Pennsylvania
Thereβs nothing wrong with having a tree as a friend. ~Bob Ross
My home state’s name is literally Penn’s Woods.
We are explicitly named after our happy little trees and they give us so much.
Shade, beauty, fruit, nuts, pine cones, sap and so many other valuable products are our natural wealth and we appreciate it.
This time of year, we are blessed with the special beauty of the trees going to sleep.
We have astounding vistas of autumnal colorΒ as we go about our lives.
I noticed that there was a lot more yellow with a smattering of red and orange on my last trip to Hamburg.
It would be good to take a ride over one of our higher locations to get an idea if that holds widely or just the 895 corridor.
Maybe we’ll have a chance to do that before the leaves have all fallen off for the season.

Bob Ross – The Joy of Painting (Full Episodes)
I don’t know about you, but even if I never pick up a paintbrush, I find these programs inspiring.
Bob’s wet-on-wet technique enables him to paint beautiful landscapes in under an hour.
That’s amazing to me, but it would be second nature to him because he took the time and effort to master that.
It was his chosen medium, and he got good enough at it that not only could he afford to retire from the USAF but continue honing his craft to be able to teach it to others.
Fortunately, we’re blessed to continue watching his kind, quiet style of teaching two and a half decades after his passing.
That’s what I call leaving a legacy of beauty.

ποΈ Find π€ Freedom βπ»
This is your world. Youβre the creator. Find freedom on this canvas. ~Bob Ross
Yes, the Sentinelsverse is my world, and it has its own strange beauty.
Not only is it the location of the main series, but also the Holiday Season Serial Romances that I publish for daily consumption on Christmas All The Time every year at Christmastime.
This year’s story features two side characters from past years.
In Holly and Ivy, we heard about Niki who works at the DIY Bazaar as a possible blind date for Ian.
The sequel, Merry π Bells, shows us Dennis. He’s a mechanic who works at Sanksy’s auto dealership with Toby.
Dennis was wise, in an armchair quarterback kind of way, when offering advice to Toby.
We’ll see how well he does when he’s in the hot seat with Niki in One Little Thing π.
That’s all for today. See you back on Saturday for π₯π₯π₯π§ π§ π§
