Today is one of my favorite kinds of day. It’s overcast, rainy and cool. It’s a great day to stay inside and get cozy with Kelly. Who could possibly ask for more?

Lots of people resent a rainy day.
They want to be out and about.
They want to sit around in the sunshine or play sports.
That’s not for me.
I love the comforting gloom, the cool, the gentle drumming on the roof and windows.
The rain replenishes the water table, refreshes flora and fauna, washes the world clean.
People decry a rainy day, but I celebrate it.
To me, it’s a delight.
I got to sleep in, stay in, eat lovely warm comfort food and watch some movies.
I hope you did, too.

As usual, the hyperobservant nerds of the world provide more detail than we realized were there.
That’s fine. I enjoyed the series and look forward to Season Two.

Imagination inspires me to plan series in several genres.
Imagination urges me to find the time to do so.
