Solidly in my absolute favorite season of the year and I’m feeling jazzed.
I’ve got a bunch of stuff to do, but I actually have the energy to do it (for the most part).
Now that it is almost seasonal again, I can dress for comfort instead of heat management.
I know it’s probably silly and frivolous, but I like my comfy 🍂fall🍂 clothes.
I like needing a blanket at night. I like using the oven without it adding to the unbearable heat.
I like Autumn and I’m loving every minute of it.

And when it comes to getting cooking, that applies most directly to writing.
🍂Autumn🍂 is absolutely writing season because being genuinely cozy is an important part of the process.
I can really settle into flow state and see my stories when there are no gosh-darn bugs, heatwaves, blinding sun or all of the dreaded calumnies of the past season to distract me.
That being the case, we can look forward to updates on One Little Thing 💍 and The Sentinels: Heartstrings.
