Wearied Wednesday

Plenty to do this week and, frankly, I’m worn out. Fortunately, I’ve gotten a bit of a reprieve and can actually rest when it’s time to rest.

Just Take A Rest

Rest when you’re weary. Refresh and renew yourself, your body, your mind, your spirit. Then get back to work.~Ralph Marston

I’m tired.

I do what I can while I can, then I stop.

That’s a change from the rest of this year.

A change for the better.

I’ve also put in for my No Mondays Policy days.

That begins in mid-October.

Yet another reason to love 🍂 Autumn... 🍂

Religion and art spring from the same root and are close kin. Economics and art are strangers. ~Nathaniel Hawthorne

Not anymore, Nat. Nowadays, creators don’t have to find rich patrons.

Software and online platforms have matured to the point where filmmakers, authors and artists of all kinds can produce our work, find an audience, engage with that audience through many channels and receive payments from every corner of the world.

It’s been said that software development is more art than science. Maybe that’s why it has been so instrumental in facilitating the business of being an artist.

Sure, this is short. I told you, I’m tired! I hope you’re getting some rest from your labors this week. We’ve still got a few days ’til the weekend after all.
