Going Somewhere

Last time, I spoke about the entropic disorder that was impeding my progress in many aspects of life. Having identified the enemy, I set about strategizing a way to overcome it.

Body

Physical therapy for my foot problem was going alright until recently. I am in absolute agony. Can’t wait for it to be over. On the diet front, I’m apparently shifting into Summer mode and my body isn’t really enjoying my crappy junk food diet. It’s a pretty random development, but it it’s a step in the right direction anyway. I’ll take it.

Mind

It recently occurred to me that I ought to meditate in order to settle down the randomness that has ruled my mind for the last couple of years. I don’t know why it hadn’t occurred to me earlier, but better late than never.

Soul

If you want to go somewhere, it is best to find someone who has already been there. ~Robert Kiyosaki

If such a person is available, by all means seek them out. One of the great thing about Facebook is being able to make the kinds of friends you should have had all your life. There are so many people from so many exotic places who are totally sympatico with me. It’s uncanny. Being that they have so much in common with me, there are more than a few who have already done what I’d like to do. There’s nothing more relieving than being able to ask a friend how to negotiate a minefield they’ve already been through.

Keeping them quick this week. I know Google wants big, detailed, high quality posts in order to get SEO benefits but screw them. I’ll write as much or as little as I damned well please. It’s my blog. I’m paying for hosting and annual domain name fees. When they start paying my bills, then and only then can they dictate what and how I write. Well, probably not even then because fuck them anyway.
